10. Do I need a prescription to buy a CPAP machine?
Yes, a sleep apnea diagnosis and a medical prescription are required to legally purchase a CPAP machine in Canada and Quebec.
11. How to optimize adherence to CPAP treatment?
We advise you to adjust the mask well, integrate a routine, opt for a model with a humidifier and good accessories (straps, tubing supports, etc.)

14. Do you accept returns?
You may return any unopened and unused item, in its original sealed packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date. The return will be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, subject to a $15 deduction to cover shipping costs.
