Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Returns
You may return any unopened and unused item, in its original sealed packaging, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will be eligible for a refund according to the original method of payment, subject to a $15 deduction to cover shipping costs. If you wish to make a return, please contact us by e-mail at info@cpap-experts.ca.
Exchanges
To ensure that you receive the desired product as quickly as possible, we recommend that you return the item you purchased and then, once the return has been accepted, make a new purchase for the desired product.
Damaged or defective products
We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of the details of your refund request. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
