The Medistrom Pilot-12 Lite is a portable CPAP battery designed to power 12V CPAP devices while travelling or during a power outage.

Compact and lightweight, it can serve as both a backup battery for your CPAP or a travel battery for when you're on the go.

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping : Free for orders of $75 and over. For orders under $75, a $15 fee will apply. Delivery time is 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery : Option available for $20, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery delays

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Returns
You may return any unopened and unused item, in its original sealed packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date. The return will be eligible for a refund in the original method of payment, subject to a $15 deduction to cover shipping costs. Exchanges
To ensure that you receive the desired product as soon as possible, we recommend that you return the item you purchased and then, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired product.

Damaged or defective products
We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and take steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you with the details of your refund request. If approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
