All PAD A CHEEK mask liners are designed to prevent contact dermatitis from the mask pad. The mask liner should also help prevent marks from the mask pad. The material is moisture wicking to absorb oil and sweat and extend the life of the pad. The mask liner wraps securely around the mask and is designed to stay on the mask every time you remove the mask at night or in the morning. Typically, the hole for your nose is smaller than necessary. You may want to enlarge the hole for your nose to prevent the material from covering the hole too much. The hole in the mask liner is very easy to get too big, so take your time with sharp scissors. Washable and reusable, these mask liners will last 6+ months. The material is very durable and will work well for a long time. The thickness of the fabric will change slightly during the first wash.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping : Free for orders of $75 and over. For orders under $75, a $15 fee will apply. Delivery time is 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery : Option available for $20, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Returns
You may return any unopened and unused item, in its original sealed packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date. The return will be eligible for a refund in the original method of payment, subject to a $15 deduction to cover shipping costs. Exchanges
To ensure that you receive the desired product as soon as possible, we recommend that you return the item you purchased and then, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired product.

Damaged or defective products
We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and take steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you with the details of your refund request.
