The AirFit F30i is a minimal-contact face mask designed to keep tubing out of sight and out of your way, giving you the freedom to comfortably change positions and sleep however you want.

⚠ WARNING : Keep the mask magnets at least 150 mm (6 inches) away from implants or medical devices that may be affected by magnetic interference. This warning applies to you or anyone in close physical contact with your mask. The magnets are located in the frame and lower headgear clips, with a magnetic field of up to 400 mT. When the mask is worn, they are connected to secure it, but can inadvertently detach during sleep.
Implants/medical devices, including those listed in the contraindications, may be adversely affected if they change function under the influence of external magnetic fields or if they contain ferromagnetic materials that attract/repel magnetic fields (some metal implants, e.g., metal contact lenses, dental implants, metal skull plates, screws, burr hole covers, and bone substitute devices). Talk to your doctor and the manufacturer of your implant or other medical device for information on potential adverse effects of magnetic fields.
Contraindication
Masks with magnetic components are contraindicated for patients when they, or anyone in close physical contact with the mask, have the following:
• Active medical implants that interact with magnets (e.g., pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), neurostimulators, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) shunts, insulin/infusion pumps).
• Metal implants/objects containing ferromagnetic material (e.g., aneurysm clips/flow disruption devices, embolic coils, stents, valves, electrodes, implants intended to restore hearing or balance with implanted magnets, ocular implants, metal shards in the eye).

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping : Free for orders of $75 and over. For orders under $75, a $15 fee will apply. Delivery time is 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Delivery : Option available for $20, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.

Order tracking

Delivery delays
We do our utmost to meet delivery times. However, delays may occur due to external factors (bad weather, strikes, etc.). In this case, we will inform you promptly and do our best to resolve the situation.
Receiving orders
Upon receipt of your package, we advise you to check the condition of the items. If you notice any damage or missing items, contact us immediately at info@cpap-experts.ca , attaching photos to facilitate the processing of your request.
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Returns
You may return any unopened and unused item, in its original sealed packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date. The return will be eligible for a refund in the original method of payment, subject to a $15 deduction to cover shipping costs. If you wish to make a return, please contact us by email at info@cpap-experts.ca .
Exchanges
To ensure that you receive the desired product as soon as possible, we recommend that you return the item you purchased and then, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired product.
Damaged or defective products
We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and take steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you with the details of your refund request. If approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
