⚠ WARNING: Magnets are used in the lower straps of the headgear and in the hard frame of the N20 and F20 masks. Ensure that the headgear and hard frame are kept at a minimum distance of 50mm (2 inches) from any active medical implant (e.g., a pacemaker or defibrillator) to avoid possible effects from localized magnetic fields. The magnetic field strength is less than 400mT.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: The use of masks with magnetic components is contraindicated in patients with the following pre-existing conditions:
- metallic hemostatic device implanted in the skull following an aneurysm;
- metallic fragments in one or both eyes following penetrating ocular trauma.

Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping : Free for orders of $75 and over. For orders under $75, a $15 fee will apply. Delivery time is 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Delivery : Option available for $20, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery delays
We do our utmost to meet delivery times. However, delays may occur due to external factors (bad weather, strikes, etc.). In this case, we will inform you promptly and do our best to resolve the situation.
Receiving orders
Upon receipt of your package, we advise you to check the condition of the items. If you notice any damage or missing items, contact us immediately at info@cpap-experts.ca , attaching photos to facilitate the processing of your request.
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Returns
You may return any unopened and unused item, in its original sealed packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date. The return will be eligible for a refund in the original method of payment, subject to a $15 deduction to cover shipping costs. Exchanges
To ensure that you receive the desired product as soon as possible, we recommend that you return the item you purchased and then, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired product.
Damaged or defective products
We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and take steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you with the details of your refund request. If approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
