USE

Simply align the highest curve of the pillow with the cervical region. This section of the pillow features high-density reinforcement that reduces cervical tension and extends durability. The beveled tip of the cervical section allows for continuous support of the trapezius muscles. Although the thickness, proportions and reinforcement of the pillow favor the back position, it is not recommended to sleep in another position with the Somnia 03'', if you are comfortable.

High density gel-infused viscoelastic foam (memory foam).

RECOVERY

COCONUT: Coconut is a textile fiber with unmatched comfort, antibacterial and hypoallergenic and it breathes and absorbs moisture, which reduces the effects of nighttime heat.

INTERVIEW

The coconut cover is machine washable (cold water). Dry flat recommended. Do not iron or wash with bleach. Replacement covers are available from your retailer.

GUARANTEE

Orthex Canada Inc. warrants your posture cushion for a period of five years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing or material defects. If it is found to be defective by Orthex, it will be replaced with the same model or its equivalent. Warranty claims must be made directly to Orthex via email or telephone.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping : Free for orders of $75 and over. For orders under $75, a $15 fee will apply. Delivery time is 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery : Option available for $20, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery delays

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Returns
You may return any unopened and unused item, in its original sealed packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date. The return will be eligible for a refund in the original method of payment, subject to a $15 deduction to cover shipping costs. Exchanges
To ensure that you receive the desired product as soon as possible, we recommend that you return the item you purchased and then, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired product.

Damaged or defective products
We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and take steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you with the details of your refund request.
