The Transcend Micro Replacement Pack is specifically designed for users of the Transcend Micro™ Auto CPAP . This convenient kit includes essential accessories to maintain optimal performance of your device, while simplifying your maintenance routine.
Offered at a discounted price compared to purchasing the items separately, this pack is an economical and practical solution to ensure the durability, cleanliness and comfort of your sleep therapy.
Note regarding humidification
For waterless humidification , the pack includes AirMist™ HME cartridges .
These heat and moisture exchangers capture the natural vapor from your breath and reuse it, providing increased breathing comfort and preventing dry mouth.
Important note: The AirMist™ adapter is not included in this pack, only the replacement cartridges . If you don't already have the adapter, it is included in the Transcend Micro Essential Pack .
Contents of the Replacement Pack

1 WhisperSoft™ Muffler Kit (with 6-foot hose) – reduces noise for peaceful sleep.
It is recommended to replace it every 3 months .

1 AirMist™ HME Set – 4 replacement cartridges for waterless humidification.
Each cartridge must be replaced after 7 days of use once opened.

1 Pack of PureFresh™ filters (2 filters) – purifies incoming air to remove dust and allergens.
Each filter lasts up to 3 months .

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping : Free for orders of $75 and over. For orders under $75, a $15 fee will apply. Delivery time is 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Delivery : Option available for $20, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.

Order tracking
Every order shipped is accompanied by a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website. If you have any questions or concerns regarding tracking, please feel free to contact us at info@cpap-experts.ca .
Delivery delays
We do our utmost to meet delivery times. However, delays may occur due to external factors (bad weather, strikes, etc.). In this case, we will inform you promptly and do our best to resolve the situation.
Receiving orders
Upon receipt of your package, we advise you to check the condition of the items. If you notice any damage or missing items, contact us immediately at info@cpap-experts.ca , attaching photos to facilitate the processing of your request.
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Returns
You may return any unopened and unused item, in its original sealed packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date. The return will be eligible for a refund in the original method of payment, subject to a $15 deduction to cover shipping costs. If you wish to make a return, please contact us by email at info@cpap-experts.ca .
Exchanges
To ensure that you receive the desired product as soon as possible, we recommend that you return the item you purchased and then, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired product.
Damaged or defective products
We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and take steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you with the details of your refund request. If approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
